Henry Forster, Vice President
Since 1983, Henry has acquired and leased a wide variety of office, industrial and retail properties. In addition, Henry develops and manages a large portfolio of properties in Frederick, Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. Henry holds an MBA from American University and a B.S. from Boston University. Henry’s hobbies include competitive tennis and skiing, as well as volunteering as the District Vice Chair of Finance for the Boy Scouts of America (NCAC).
Steve Krasnow, Associate Vice President
Since 1996 Steve has leased retail, flex, office and industrial properties for tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C. region. Steve has also assisted his clients with numerous sales and/ or purchases of buildings and land. Previously, Steve held executive sales positions with a national retail company and a national finance firm. His hobbies include hiking the Appalachian Trail and kayaking. Steve earned an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
Sharon Weedy, Senior Associate
Sharon has more than 10 years of leasing and negotiating experience including retail, office and warehouse transactions. Sharon is experienced in market research, site selection, lease negotiation and asset management. Prior to working in real estate, Sharon was a Vice President of commercial and mortgage lending at a regional bank.
Janet Goldberg, Senior Associate
Core Clients directly benefit from Janet’s 25 plus years of experience, relying on her market surveys, site selection and fiscal impact analysis as well as leasing and investment sales. Janet is an avid racing sailor and potter. Janet earned an M.B.A. at Northeastern University and B.S. from Syracuse University.
